8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Taiwan law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for losses resulting from client decisions
• We are not liable for third-party actions or property conditions

This limitation applies except where prohibited by applicable law or in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Termination

9.1 By Client

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Fees paid for services rendered prior to termination are non-refundable.

9.2 By Company

We may terminate services if:

• Continued service becomes impractical or inadvisable
